How fortunate we are to have this workshop right on our property, allowing us to support the children quickly and individually.

Recreational Activities and Sports Events
Having fun, feeling included, being active together — there’s plenty of that at Saint Kizito! Whether through sports, games, or other recreational activities: here, the children discover new talents, learn team spirit, and simply enjoy spending time together. The children not only attend weekly training sessions and other recreational activities but also participate in competitions.
Projects
The Bujumbura Initiative not only supports school operations and the improvement of infrastructure but is also committed to nutrition and educational projects. The institute maintains its own rice fields, mango plantations, and livestock farms to ensure food security and a balanced diet. In addition, teachers receive professional development, and new school projects — such as a library — are made possible.
